Seras Victoria from the awesome anime Hellsing. It's pretty unbelieveable that she can carry and shoot with that huge bazooka gun thingy :D, even if she's a vampire. I can't wait to see the Hellsing Movie, I saw the trailer the other day and it was awesome.

The penciling and inking took the longest, coloring was a bit frustrating this time.
Pencil: 3hrs
Inking: 4+hrs
photoshop: 4hrs

Hellsing movie? I heard they're coming out with a new hellsing ova. That'll be based much more on the manga. I can't wait! Lookin great ^^
